These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sarvprem Foundation website, including donations, crowdfunding contributions, event registrations, volunteer sign-ups and account registration. By using this website, you agree to these terms.
Sarvprem Foundation is a registered non-profit organization based at 592 Sector 69, S.A.S Nagar (Mohali), Punjab 160062. All references to "we", "us" or "the Foundation" refer to Sarvprem Foundation.
Donations made through this website — whether one-time, campaign-specific, or via UPI, bank transfer or cheque — are voluntary contributions towards our programs and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our sole discretion in the case of a genuine payment error. Donation amounts and campaign progress figures shown on the site are updated periodically and may briefly lag actual verified totals.
Payments made via the UPI QR code or "Pay Now" link are processed entirely through your own banking application; we do not receive or store your card, bank account or UPI PIN details. You are responsible for verifying the payee details shown in your UPI app before confirming any payment. Donation records submitted with a UPI transaction reference (UTR) are manually verified by our team.
Each crowdfunding campaign has a stated goal amount and time period. Funds raised are applied towards the stated project purpose; if a campaign does not reach its goal, contributed funds may be redirected to the general fund or a similar program at our discretion, unless otherwise stated at the time of contribution.
Registering as a member or volunteer does not guarantee approval or assignment to a specific role. All registrations are reviewed by our administrators, who may approve, reject, or reassign a requested role at their discretion.
Registering for an event reserves your interest in attending but does not guarantee a place if capacity limits apply. We may reschedule or cancel an event and will attempt to notify registered attendees using the contact details provided.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
You agree not to misuse this website, including submitting false information, attempting unauthorized access to any part of the site (including the admin portal), or using the site for any unlawful purpose.
While we take reasonable care to keep information on this website accurate and current, we make no warranties about its completeness or accuracy and are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on it.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
